Local 18-year-old Cruze Morley is preparing every minute he can to take on Mount Midoriyama on Australian Ninja Warrior.
He works in a kitchen, behind a bar, and as a plumber on weekends, but when he's not working, he's doing cardio, calisthenics training, and upper body training.
Mr Morley will feature on Season 5 of the popular reality show, and it's a dream he's wanted to follow for a long time.
"I've been training for about four years now but I thought this is the year, so I auditioned and got accepted," Mr Morley said.

For a while, he was travelling down to Sydney every weekend to train in a ninja gym, but now, he's got his own set up at home in Boggabri.
Everyone around him is backing him, with signs dotting areas of the small town saying 'Go Cruz' or 'Unleash The Boggy Ninja'.
He gave some advice to anyone who wanted to give it a go, especially those from a small town like himself.
"Sometimes you'll have to travel ... to achieve a goal, but it doesn't matter where you're from, you can still achieve big things if you put your mind to it," he said.
He said the show would begin airing in April, and would need to keep everything that happens between now and then "hush hush".
Once his Australian Ninja Warrior stint is over, whether he conquers the mountain or not, he is hoping to open his own ninja gym in Boggabri.
Mr Morley is active on social media like Instagram and TikTok, where locals can check him out taking on his home gym.
